thoughts:press 1 for malay and 2 for malay

my driving license is about to expire and i took the liberty to renew it before chinese new year commence. so i decided to call the hotline as i was unsure of renewing it to competent license could be done at the post office. when my call was answer by the automated service hotline shit, it really sounded like someone was just talking to me on the spot and not pre-recorded. less budget this year i guess. did u know it cost the company more when a really sexy female voice speaks over and over again? anyways she said press 1 for malay and press 2 for english and i am 100% sure i hit on the button number 2. when the operator picked it up, she still speaks malay and goes on with that language. which part of that is press 2 for english? hmmm i guess only the part where they said "thank you,you've choosen english"."salamat pagi?
